TF8801 ia a transplucent organic silicon,when vulcanized,it has excellent dielectronic properties ,as well as outstanding weather-wearing,anti-pollution, anti-ultraviolet radiation,moistureproof characteristics.It is suitable for the coating and protection of appliance,and electronic products.It is easy to construct,can bush coating,impregnation, and spray coating.

Applications

It is designed to the coating and adhesion of ragidity PCB,all kinds of circuitry as well as metal and non-metal mater.

Using methods and Notes
The processing surface should be cleaned,coat or brush it after dried,then lay
it under room temperature ,the tack free time is 30-40mins,completely curing time is 8-24hours,or cured in 10min under normal temperature,heap up to 80°C only needs 10-20mins,or add some dry agent.


Storage and Notes
The product is innoxious non-dangerous article.Aviod rainwater and insolation during storage and transportation.It shall be stored in the cool(unde25°C),well-ventilated dry place,close-packed without being mixed with acid and alkaline materials.The quality guarantee is 12-month.
Note: Do not contact the product into eyes during the construction.Avoid to construct under high temperature or fire.It must be well ventilated.
